please tell me if I'm not on the same topic very very new. I had similar problem I believe before. My account was still at https://platform.openai.com/ but when I checked my billing it did not have my subscription/order number with i would hope will connect the New front end PRO to mtoriginal back end
sorry hit send too quickly, it would seem that the sites just need to be associated maybe through organisation ID and order number is this making any sence as i have not been ble to get a reply from team either other than come here. Sorry if I'm talking rubbish

The Missing conversation history in ChatGPT should be resolved. Make sure you're completely logged out and perhaps try again?
If you still cannot see your login history then contact support from the following URL https://help.openai.com/ then click the bubble icon in the bottom right corner. (If you use an adblock plugin you may need to disable it for it to be visible).
