I have installed a project form github named LongtermChatExternalSources, and i have everything propely installed. I have never used an api key ever, however when i tried to run the bot i recieved openai.error.RateLimitError: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details i have checked my plan and billing details and they are showing absolutely no usage, iirc you can get 100k requests. Does anybody know whats going on or how to fix this?
