For more than a week, the model had become very stupid. He loops the same mistake whatever the prompt I do (even for simple tasks). Sometimes he even doesn't want to create a simple macro... ChatGPT was making me gain a lot of time but since the paid version is available (that I pay since the first day) the capacities of the model had become more critical day after day. I hope one day he will become intelligent again.

Same here... it just makes stuff up... This was after I shared the lyrics to "Two Gunslingers" by Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers. ChatGPT had told me that "The song tells the story of two cowboys, one of whom is wounded and dying, while the other stands vigil over him. " I think someone broken something...
Trying to get it to do some analysis on texts it knows, it also produces wacky output. It will happily say there are many more books/chapters in ancient texts than actually exist and it can't give accurate references to text it knows about. Sometimes, when corrected, it simply "apologizes" (what's the point? It's "just a language model") and produces identical output.
