Fix the payment gateways for your apis for Indian Users . Please understand we wont be charged as our government have blocked recurring payments due to this my applications has come to a stand still I am unable to fetch any request.
I have told this multiple times wrote multiple mails . This is total garbage

Yes. I'm facing the exact same issue!! My payment is getting blocked. OpenAI needs to configure Stripe for Indian users according to the RBI regulations!
