Has anyone had success in asking the mod team if they can help recover them? I have hours work of brainstorming/writing that is now gone:(

I’m sorry but the mod team is not Open AI staff. They cannot do this

As is announced on the website the missing history will be recovered soon. They are not lost permanently.

If you're referring to the incident where conversation history doesn't load, it will be fixed soon hopefully!

If you accidentally deleted a chat, it cannot be recovered.
