Like many others, my subscription disappeared a few days ago. I didn't realize this happened and mistakenly purchased a second subscription. The second subscription disappeared as well and I can't find a way to access my account to manage the subscriptions. I can't even see the transactions in my account on OpenAI's website at the moment, only through my credit card company. But then again I also can't even get to an account management page. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I have the exact same problem - for what it's worth, I am in Canada. Anyone know how to fix this issue?
I'm in the USA for reference. Not sure what the deal is, but I'd like to see about getting the second payment refunded and the second subscription cancelled. I'm a big fan of ChatGPT Plus and want to keep using it, but I can't afford to pay $20 every couple of days.
Just an update on this - ChatGPT Plus is back for me. Not sure if this was @lyric mulch's doing, but if it is it's much appreciated.

2 payment on 10/03/2023 (first time i got cancelled, i made another subscription in the same account)
3 payment on 14/03/2023 (was supposed to be the recurrence, and it was...)

I have this same problem. I paid and my account is set up to renew every month in my bank but I only have access to the free account. What is the deal?

Maybe they simply did it on purpose, to not allocate way too much resources to GPT4, so that we wouldn't put it down for everyone 🙂 like, randomly revoke Plus to some members, to reduce the load on GPT4. Sounds a bit crazy, though just a thought. Because it started to happen right at the same time as GPT4 launch for Plus members.
