Add "Automatic Ignoring of messages" in Chat playground.

Make the chat playground automatically ignore messages at the top to fit into the token limit without having to manually delete messages. And of course, put some kind of warning notice that some messages are gonna be ignored to let API users know.

That kind of defeats the purpose of the playground

the playground isn't meant to emulate chat as it's main function
