Happened to me as well (+ user). Should be possible to save convos externally or upload automatically to Google Drive or similar.

Yes, happened to me too, and anything that I am working on is not saved either, and I am a paid user too. :/

Same thing happened to me (PLUS User). I logged on one day, and all of a sudden all my previously saved conversations were gone, as if they had never happened.
