When the user is idle for longer than ~5 minutes,
any attempts to send a message to ChatGPT will result in the following message:

An error occurred. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com

This issue can be resolved by refreshing the webpage.

This happens on all popular browsers, and is also annoying. We do not want to refresh that many times.
