Hii, I'm trying to fine tune GPT using this : https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/fine-tuning
when enter this command :
openai api fine_tunes.create -t data_prepared.jsonl -m davinci
I get this error

[organization=user-dkfjlhsf] Error: Billing hard limit has been reached (HTTP status code: 400)```
It's my first time using it and I thought I was supposed to have 18$ free credit
