Its an apparent error atm. Been that way for about 48 hours.

Its not an Established error. But everyone is seeing the same thing TMK. It could just be a delay in showing it. It is still enforcing limits on api usage.

Almost certainly. That wouldn't be unreasonable.
i don't have a credit card added, i am running off of the 18$ free trial

Certainly not. But I can't imagine how you would deploy and bust through that in 72 hours.

I have calculated it and I have 50k-60k tokens in 3 days so about 11-12 cents

Yeah, this is an ongoing issue with billing as far as I know anecdotally, there have been other users that have reported that they didn't get billed to their card
