Same here. Plus subscriber, logged in, and it says I'm free plan.
Has everyone checked their statements? Has the charge gone through with your bank? Mine is still "pending" so I wonder if their payment portal is down.

Just to double check - in case anyone can confirm: Did everyone who is experiencing this problem sign up for ChatGPT Plus (paid) before 2/3, or is anyone experiencing this with a newer account?

This was never fixed for me. I haven't been able to use plus for a couple days now. It also sucks that there is no "manage your chatgpt plus account" type page where I can see what payment method is being used, how many times I was charged, when I enrolled, etc. So I have no idea what's going on except that I'm downgraded to regular chat gpt and am completely locked out of plus without the ability to upgrade again
FWIW I've restarded my computer, wiped my cache and hard reloaded in chrome, tried using opera and safari. Nothing works

Hi, also a plus user here. I'm experiencing an issue where I'm only able to log in via the mobile safari browser. When I'm logged on to platform.openai.com via desktop, I'm only recognized as a free plan user and receive an 'access denied' message when attempting to access the chatgpt login page.
I'm a plus user and I can't login in any of my browsers. Even after all the steps that have been posted above. I login using the Continue with Google option and keep getting cycled back to the log in page.

Same here. Didn't realize and paid for a second subscription, which got "downgraded" as well. I've deleted browser history, cache, cookies, and restarted my computer. I've also tried using it on another PC with no change. Still listed as free. Is there a way to refund the second subscription so I'm not billed twice and get things working again?

Just an update on this - ChatGPT Plus is back for me.
My subscription and history are still missing
I can login now but I can't enter any queries. My history is gone too.
my subscription came back for half a day and now it's gone again after midnight EST.....
My subscription just downgraded even though my monthly payment went through 4 days ago. All my chat history has disappeared as well. The strange part is it works on the app
I've already tried flushing my cache but that doesn't work either
hope they will fix it soon, i need my plugins back BARD is useless
i can now see that i have a paid plan through the browser which seems to be a step in the right direction
but I still can't use it at all

Just had this happen. Was excited to try the new model, reloaded the tab and my Plus subscription is deactivated. No overdue invoices or anything, felt like a bug since it only happened on a page refresh. No notifications or emails. lenny are you the man to talk to about this? Please DM me if so.
