Bug Report:
In today's announcement, I reacted once to each of the existing reactions on the post. They were climbing very fast which isn't something I see often. When I did this, I noticed it repeatedly reacted then removed the reaction? So the button was flashing as if I were spamming it, so Discord rate limited me removing my access to any text channels even my own DM's had a big red "Failed to load messages"
I understand this is a Discord issue, but I figured ya'll might want to know about it considering it probably affected more than just me and is happening in your server.

One reaction on announcement post
Actual result:
One click started a loop that reacted/unreacted until I got rate limited by Discord.
