Hello OpenAI,

I got my account de-activated today, from my own mistake.
Few days ago, when I first created my OpenAI account, I had signed up with my wrong account, and had connected my phone number with it, few days later, when I realized my fault, I had signed up with my official email id, which I also linked with the same phone number.
I thought, this would migrate my old email into my new email id, and therefore would sync the usage and billing in both the accounts as a same. But, I noticed that the API trial offer was visible on my old account, while it didn’t sync to my new account, and it showed me a message, that the offer is not applicable to my new email id.
As a measure, I thought of deleting my email ID, but accidentally, I had put up for deletion request for both of my emails, including the old one, which had the 3 months API access trial.

At this moment, my overall OpenAI accounts has been de-activated, and I can’t access the API keys or my account, or even my ChatGPT account.
I have used only 6$ / 18 $ which was valid till June.

Please help me in this issue.

In fact I chat with the bot in help center. It is useless.
