Hey! you can reach out to support@openai.com if you continue to have this issue, but also please make sure that your billing soft and hard limits are set, that you're on a paid account, that you're not out of credits, and also try generating a new API key while deleting the old ones
First make sure you whether you have used all your free grants if you are a free trial usrer
