yes, support dont respond at all
Read through https://openai.com/policies/usage-policies and see if you've done anything mentioned. If you find anything there that you've done and are willing to not do it again, send an e-mail to support@openai.com with the subject "Deactivation Appeal", acknowledge what you did wrong, etc. Likewise, if you can't find anything there you did, send a very different appeal saying you don't believe you violated the usage policies.
If you were deactivated, but dont understand why - please DM me your email and I can have security take a look.
