Hi there, you cannot use it to train the public model, you can only use files uploaded to finetune files endpoint for training a fine tuned model for your own organization
Use Langchain
Thanks Kaveen, I'm not willing to use it to train public model, I need the promise from OpenAI that, the data I uploaded to OpenAI through the fine tune API will not be used to train public model, will not be leaked.
It's said in this post https://help.openai.com/en/articles/5722486-how-your-data-is-used-to-improve-model-performance that, I need to send an email to support@openai.com to ensure my data will not be used to improve public model, but I've sent two emails, there's no reply.
Learn how OpenAI uses data to improve our models and how you can opt out of this improvement process.
I can only find two relevant threads with the keyword privacy fine tune, but there's no reply to them express whether the data will be exploited by OpenAI in the future.
It's a basic concern for any company if OpenAI is going to monetize the API usage, so please clarify it.
Will my data uploaded to finetune API exploited by OpenAI to train public model?
After I sent the mail to support@openai.com requesting excluding my data, I have received the reply from OpenAI that my organization's data won't be included in OpenAI's model training. Thanks a lot!
