I created an account for my company with a different email address than my personal one, but with my personal phone number (temporarily). Now, it turns out that we don't get the free credits (because this new account uses my personal phone number, which is already being used in my personal account), although the two accounts are unrelated - my personal use has nothing to do with my work use.
Apparently, we cannot change anything in our account, but can we delete an account then create a new account with the same email address but different number phone in order to get the free credits? I know we can delete an account. My question is: can we create an account with the same email address as a deleted account but a different phone number and get the free credits?
Please, answer only if you're an OpenAI API developer. I want an official answer, not guesses.
