I had the same issue in Google Chrome few days ago and had to use Firefox. There were no such errors in Firefox, ChatGPT works fine there.
P.S. Today ChatGPT already works for me in Google Chrome.

There are lots of people try to connect to Chat GTP, no wonders sometimes it crashes. just reload your page if still not working keep trying doing it.
