try these few things

  • Try using a different internet connection, it could be that your wifi is not good and it needs a better connection
  • Try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you are using, usually clearing those solves the problems most of the time
  • Try opening the site with a different browser, there are multiple at your disposal, just pick one that is supported by it

If none of the ones above works then you gotta contact the openAI support help.openai.com, they should be able to give more solutions, the one i listed just now are general solving tips, most of the time they work, but not always
