Reporting a bug with a ChatGPT history entry being mis-labeled.
I'm seeing something very odd. The chat is labeled Model Options: Medical Devices. even though, no where in my chat interaction was anything said by me or the GPT response about Model Options for Medical Devices. Nor have I ever searched on that topic.
I think I'm getting a title from another user's interaction.
