Picture attached. It looks like the HTML is malformed.
It looks like someone tried fixing it, because before it was just a plain white screen.
But even with the fix, it's broken.
... Given that it's been malfunctioning for a while, can't it be reverted to the last version for a day or so?
I tried logging in, in Incognito Mode, just to see if it was caused by an incorrectly cached file, and I get the following:
Which is different from the error I got a minute ago that seemed to be a general error (made me wonder if the Captcha wasn't working in Incognito Mode)
