it is only for SSO accounts, normal accounts can login, my mate logged in

Yeah auth0 has these custom pipelines to call 3rd party authentication systems/user databases, it will show that error even if its a service their side.

tried the same and still haven't received any mail from openai, that goes the same for status report mails as well, I'm subscribed but not receiving them

I have elements of a class I had to teach and spent time working on. And all for nothing, I could not use anything I prepared. I decided to pay €20 for this nott yo happen and well, it happened so... i know there is high demand, the servers crash down with the amount of use. Maybe the release had to be thought if in terms of usage and make provisions with servers capacity before start charching people.
