I've purchased the ChatGPT Plus subscription and I was charged twice but my subscription remains on the free plan. The "Upgrade to Plus" menu link keeps showing and every time I click on it and the modal show my bank account gets charged.
I am having the same issue, it happened twice and I have messaged them several times and no one has responded.
