I have the same issue, but only with a very long conversation chat
The GUID for the chat I'm having issues with is dd4a9168-32ad-4f57-83fc-307181a11f4f - I gave a new chat similar starting content, and am now getting "An error occurred. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." after just a couple of messages
Also here! The old token as not picking up the default model.
I've had this a lot as well. The fix for me was to try re-wording what I was trying to ask it. I've noticed since I upgraded it won't let me say particular things.

use the legacy model, it still works. default is broken
switched over to legacy and it's working
