Unable to continue previous conversations when switching to ChatGPT Plus

After I upgraded my account to ChatGPT Plus paid subscription, I am unable to continue previous conversations with ChatGPT. I consider this a bug. I can start new conversations. Has anybody else experienced this?

I was doing some world building in one instance of chat, but cannot use it after upgrading, nor the other chat I had started before upgrading
