  1. Log out of all devices: Please ensure you have logged off from every device connected to your account. Once done, log back in.
  2. Disable VPNs and proxies: Ensure that all VPN and proxy connections are disabled on your devices.
  3. Disable problematic extensions: Check for any unnecessary browser extensions that could be causing issues and disable them. Please note that some antivirus software may interfere with your connection, so consider deactivating them temporarily.
  4. Firewalls: If you are using a work or school network with a firewall in place, try switching to a mobile data connection or using your cellphone as a hotspot.
  5. Browsers: Use a different browser or incognito mode: Test your connection in a new browser or by using your current browser's incognito mode. (Chorme/Edge are the same browser internally, try using firefox)
  6. Troubleshoot device-specific issues: If the issue persists only on your PC and not on your cellphone, review steps 1 through 5 to identify any potential issues on your PC.
  7. Contact support: If the problem remains unresolved even on your cellphone, please reach out to the support team at support@openai.com for further assistance.
