Hello,
I recently made a purchase and received an error message stating that my card was invalid. However, each time I attempted to make the purchase again, the funds were still being deducted from my account. This not only resulted in multiple charges, but I am now unable to access the "plus" feature. Can someone assist me with resolving this issue?
