This is essential to me as my conversation are categorised. When I enter a new prompt the error message "An error occurred. Try refreshing your browser." appears. I have tried on all browsers cleared cache and cookies as well.

I've been having the same issue, along with many other users. There have been multiple threads regarding the issue, and haven't had any response from OpenAI as of yet.

Nope. I sent a support chat through their website and emailed them as well. This is lame that upgraders are immediately punished, even inadvertently, by their existing chats being broken.
