We're using he davinci-003 API and frequently getting this error. We're only internal beta so can't be due to overuse. We don't understand what's causing it, as the error message is not detailed at all. See below. We have a paid account.

I've not seen this before, might be best to reach out to support@openai.com for more help with this, this looks less common. You can also try logging out and in and using a different browser as well
