#Sometimes ChatGPT is convinced it's right, easy to persuade otherwise if I already know the answer..

Afraid this doesn't fit the prescribed format for bug reports, but here goes anyway. Hope it's useful.

In summary: I find that ChatGPT sometimes provides incorrect information. This is not in itself surprising, though I wish it would simply say "I'm not sure which person by the name XXX you are referring to....", or something along these lines. In any case, the really surprising thing is how attached the system is to the wrong information it provided -- unless I know for sure what the actual answer is, and then ChatGPT suddenly changes its mind happily! Weird... and obviously quite dangerous for "real" search operations where I have no idea about the correct answer.

Screenshot attached, hope it's readable. Btw, where's the "export to PDF" feature?

Excellent... I just attempted to add a URL to a full-size version of the screenshot, since the attached version was obviously scaled when I attached it and became very hard to read. But I find that posting external links is not allowed. So... is there a better way to report issues like this? Let me know if there's a channel for the full-size image, if you're interested.
