i have the same, on my phone it works well, but same error as you on the computer

Yeah it works well on mobile but PC usually gives error

I got the error in the first screenshot. I fixed it by resetting my Network adapters. NordVPN's setup caised some sort of issue. Good luck, I hope this fixes it for you guys

It worked for a bit? Do you have any kind of application that might mess with your network settings? If it worked at least for a bit, that makes me think if I'm right about a program messing with it, the program noticed your fix and reverted it, making the program work right but breaking ChatGPT. Just see if you have VPNs or something. That's my best guess of your issue
