#chatgpt Plus payment issue

Yes, the same happened to me just now. The payment screen errored out complaining about an incorrect CVC code (the code was correct), but the card got charged anyway.
I am noticing that chatGPT is responding snappily to my queries, but that may just be because its Sunday noon right now and load is low.
Inside the chatGPT left side bar, I see the prompt to join the PLUS plan, and I don't see the Account link that their FAQ says should be there.

I'm seeing similar issues as well. It didn't happen until my upcoming payment was processed.
I am Having the payment issue and it's just as I was about to renew. I remember i had already set auto renewal. So i don't know what's happening.
Similar issue here. I was charged yesterday for subscription (month 2) but when I access ChatGPT I get the upgrade to plus message (and a "payments page error" if I click on upgrade plan).
Yeah, I just tried searching 'payment' and I'm seeing the chatter about it.
I'm surprised very few jumped to this thread instead of having their conversations getting lost in the noise.

my account came back to plus after 24 hours from payment sent

i wrote to them and mine is fine now
