Plus subscription error

When I signed up for plus it said "Available even when demand is high", but I still get shut out after "too many requests". You said nothing about the use of the AI would still be limited when subscribing to Plus. I hope this is a bug, otherwise you have marketed your Plus membership falsely.

which bank card did you use to pay? I have tried VIB, Techcombank, Vietcombank and Standard Chartered but none of them work
