Anyone else seeing this on a new account?

#

Have you been able to make any requests

#

Also is your phone number verified

Have you tried the images api? Does that work?

Did you create your account before and just not use it, or did you just create your account?

Like images/generations to make dalle images

frozen rover
#

No

vale lichen
#

Just wondering where the bug is since dalle code is a different path

#

Try it and see if it works

frozen rover
#

I used the api of text-davinci model

vale lichen
#

Yeah when did you make the account

frozen rover
clever flower
#

I can't remember if I had to actually go and "accept" the grant or not

#

Go into your account and show me what your account balance and usage looks like

#

Then we can narrow down if it's an issue with receiving your grant or an issue with connecting to the endpoints! ^_^

clever flower
#

A little bit below this one should have another section that lays out any grant funds you have

#

Does that show anything?

frozen rover
#

Let me send that too

clever flower
#

Here's what mine looks like

frozen rover
vale lichen
#

You have no free credit

#

This could happen if your phone number may be used by another account

frozen rover
#

Oh

#

I used text-davinci to create an other ai personal assistant for me

#

But it was from another account

#

And it worked

clever flower
#

That's probably why then - if you create a second account, it won't give you the grant again. It's only allowed on a single account. The only way to fix this is to add a payment method.

clever flower
#

Yes. The same is true for your personal assistant once your free credits expire or are used up.

clever flower
#

You're welcome!

vale lichen
#

Just use the same account. You can make another api key if you want to be able to revoke one and not the other

#

Or you can make an org and add multiple accounts to it
