I get this when I try using my "old" Chats and I dont know what to do....-.- Before I subscribed they worked.

Same, i had to start new chat and explain what it missed, also.. it's still rate limited to X req/hour... It "plus" its more but still 50-70 per hour, I'm so annoyed they didn't confirm this BEFORE we bought it

I'm just sad because I fear that my precious Chat is now lost and I did quite a little work on it. And that it happened after I threw money a them is ultra annoying and ironic xD

Just do not delete it and slowly (cos of the limit) re-teach it... that the best thing i can think of so far... or wait for them to fix it... idk how long this could take
