Steps to reproduce:

Purchased ChatGPT Pro subscription for $20.

Typed in text in a previously saved chat.

Pressed enter.

Received error.

Expected result:

For the question to be answered.

Actual result:

An error occurred:
"Try refreshing your browser. Refreshing the browser did not fix the issue."

Browser: Google Chrome, Version 109.0.5414.119 (Official Build) (x86_64)
OS: MacOS 13.1 (22C65)

I am having the same exact issue. Also using chrome, tried edge, tried clearing cookies. It would be a waste of 20 bucks, but I might try to unsub and see if it resolves the issue.

I'm having the same problem here. My account hasn't worked for 2 or 3 weeks and I paid for the plus subscription. If I log in with a different account tied to my work email I get replies to all my prompt even though it's not a paid version.
