It was my very first request of the day and response was Too Many requests.
From last 3-4 days we are constantly facing this issue. any update on how soon this will be fixed?

And yes, the error rate is ridiculous (40-60%) and davinci-003 is unusable in its current form.

Ah ok so it's not my fault.. I'm calling the api 1 prompt a time to avoid overload but I still get 429 error..

Maybe when they're on overload people using free trial is the first getting blocked. Are you using paid plans?

Yes, I have using a paid plan... this has nothing to do with free accounts or anything, it's a server problem with OpenAI.
