We have two apps that utilizes your APIs for ChatGPT, but they only receive the GPT version from 2020 instead of your current one on your Openai site. Also, how can I access the Plus version to integrate to our AI app?

There is no API for ChatGPT, so the only thing you can use is GPT-3.
