Yesterday and today whenever I typed anything on ChatGPT I got this error that I've attached as an image. I tried upgrading to Plus but I can only pay if I live in the US (I also attached an image). I'm left out of trying this tool and I would like to be able to access it. Can someone from OpenAI please help me?
