Morning!

I would like to ask you if you can help us opting-out from the OpenAI data collection procedure.

I was in contact with Alan from your support team (via email), who confirmed that it's possible but when I replied that we want to proceed (with our org id) I got no response... That was already 3 weeks ago.
Additionally, I've also made the same request through a chat window at the OpenAI website but again nada.

Could you pls. help us out? It's really critical for our company to have it done (from a legal stand point).

What is the best approach to get their attention? Should I just reply on the last email (they might have closed the ticket) or send a new one to support@openai.com?

I am not sure if they reply to random emails or it has to be initiated through some kind of ticketing system

I have it but I don't remember where I got it from, it was linked on one of the blog or FAQ posts lol

hmm, good point. I think I've filled up a form of some kind a month ago or so but I think it's gone now (at least cannot find it)

Another week has passed and nothing, nada....It has already been 4th or 5th time I've requested to opt out 🫤

my assumption at this point is that it's done on purpose, simply to collect more data for training
