We have been using OpenAI api's for almost a year now and have had no issues or violations so far. We use the api to develop products for students and writers and our site gets millions of users every month. We have always been very cautious when developing new products and deploying them online. Getting the approval and making sure that every request is first monitored using the content-moderation api.
But our api access was suddenly terminated today due to some unknown reasons. We believe this is an error and even if it is not error, we are willing to make any changes that are required and are violating the OpenAi's terms of service/usage. This is a major issue for our company as all the operations and products rely on OpenAI's apis (mainly text-davinci-003).
There is no way to immediately contact the support so that's why we are raising the issue here. Need an urgent support for this. Thank you!

The apps that are more related to students, we actually got those approved manually from openai (before the policy change for no-review necessary).
We have sent an email to support and safety-specialists but haven't got any response so far. I guess, we will just have to wait and accept the loss. Anyway, thanks for the reponse @light bobcat
