I have access to the Upgrade Plan option on the ChatGPT interface, but I am located in France and am having trouble upgrading my account to ChatGPT Plus on the pay.openai page. I am unable to select a country other than the United States for the delivery address, and I've encountered issues with multiple credit and debit cards.

Error messages I have received include:

"Your credit card has been declined. Please try paying with a debit card."
"Your card has been declined. Please try paying with another card."

I have tried accessing the Upgrade Plan option on the ChatGPT interface from multiple browsers, IP addresses, and even from my phone, i still have the same issue.

same problem from Italy. Funny enough OpenAI knows where I am located, because I have bought tokens from it.

What do you think the wait time will be before deployment in France, or at least for those registered on the whitelist?

@viral silo seriously? Anymore I am thinking you are bot . Because you don’t read our message and write automatically. I said 1000 times . Your links is not helpful !! Over the 20 days I could not using because of your payment issue . It is not related with bank issue . I am thinking that Openai does not solve this problem on purpose and does not respond

@viral silo I said but I will say again . I already write them , send email , looking all links , writing in discord. But there is no any response. For example you , if you can not ask them our problem , why you are here ? Chatgpt can do what you do now .

Actually there is 1 company involved . Because 1- it is not related with bank I am 100% sure. Stripe payment system is chose of openai. So it is releated again openai in my side. Integration problem is not my problem , is openai problem . And openai should response us in time . If you open they chat in help page you will see that “ we will response you in 1 week” but it is not true .

now I paid to another company same card and using the stripe. So there is no problem with bank and stripe.
