I am encountering a problem with my OpenAI API key. I have tried using a new API key, but I still receive a "403 Forbidden" error when I run my code. I have checked that I am using the correct API key, but I am still unable to get a successful response. I have not been able to change the permissions for my API key. I am unsure what steps I can take to resolve this issue and would appreciate any help or advice.
