Can you clarify, you "bought the developer help?" There is no such thing sold by OpenAI.
API Keys
This allows you to use the playground
as well as the actual APIs
@glacial flume
Where are you accessing this at?
Who runs the playground?
OpenAI.
you can see it says third party
this is url: https://platform.openai.com/playground
An API for accessing new AI models developed by OpenAI
Keep in mind that GPT-3 is "text completion", which means it's going to respond with what it thinks will come next. Sometimes it's wrong.
Yeah, it does that. It's not as advanced as ChatGPT so expecting it to respond as if it was is not going to work. Your best bet is to ask it very specific questions and not think of it as its own entity.
GPT-3 has no self-awareness in that regard. If you ask it who it was developed by 5 different times, it'll probably give you 5 different answers.
Luckily, ChatGPT is coming to the API "soon". You also have the option to fine-tune training.
that is is a very specific question
You are talking to it like it's self-aware. It is not self-aware.
What model are you using?
When I started working with it said "I do this" then it changed to "We do this.. " now it says it's third party.
I know it's not self aware. That's not the point

Delete everything you've written so far and it should act like it's brand new.
That question I asked was from a blank session.
Again, the model only reads the text that's there and inputs what it thinks would come next.
Well you asked it are you run by OpenAI. It isn't self-aware. Ask it if GPT-3 is run by OpenaI.
Like so
No problem!
