Getting someone els' incoming data

I seem to be getting short strings of somebody els' incoming data.
Been using the API extensively for the last week or two, and there's something rather strange happening at the start ov every Davinchi session. Initiol sends are met with partial responses, but not relevant to what I'm sending at all.

Could you give an example of a prompt and what you expected to get?

I had a similar thing happen when I was trying to send a prompt from a text file but not reading the file correctly, could it just be davinci hallucinating?
