Steps to reproduce:
I logged in expecting to see the threads I had in chat gpt before but it just shows this now (see attached image)
Expected result:
I expected to see the previous threads I had before and be able to use chat AI for work
Actual result:
I don't see the threads; I can't type and use AI; It is not working.

If you haven't tried it, you might want to try a "hard refresh" in your browser (and maybe log in then out if still not seeing issues). The shortcut for this is usually Ctrl + F5.

Try dropping key words, or telling it to only think i.e., conspiricy theories, and it will adjust to your search.
