Bug Report:
Steps to reproduce:
- Log in to ChatGPT (only reproducible for certain accounts)
- Submit any prompt to ChatGPT
Expected result:
Relevant ChatGPT response
Actual result:
"We're currently processing too many requests. Please try again later" for every single response, regardless of time of day, etc.

Browser: Chrome 109.0.5414.119 (plus every other browser I've tried)
OS: macOS Big Sur 11.6.5
Description:
As of 2-3 days ago, every time I submit a prompt, I get the following response:
"We're currently processing too many requests. Please try again later."
This is the response no matter what time of day, what browser, even after logging in/out and clearing cache and cookies.
This appears to be an account-level issue as I was able to create a secondary account and confirmed that requests worked fine for that account, but my primary account is still unable to submit a single request.
I've also seen this reported by other users (who were also only able to submit requests with a secondary account), so it appears to be an issue where certain accounts are completely unable to submit requests. Again, this is only within the last 48-72 hours-ish, so I'm assuming this has something to do with a new feature or changes that were rolled out within the last few days.
