We've been using Codex successfully for a number of weeks, but seem to all of a sudden be receiving intermittent 500 error codes from the OpenAI endpoint as of the last ~12 hours.
We are receiving the error for ~50% of requests. Happens both in our deployed copy, as well as local dev machines. Model used is code-davinci-edit-001.
