I'm working to apply for the API for ChatGPT API and I swear I'm doing it (the review team) must think I'm developing the next game-changing something that just shouldn't exist. I just simply want to explore and try my hand at training and working with the API, with some data, seeing if my concept will actually work. If it does, then turn it into something real.

Any advice on getting someone to assist in the Application process if this next time I get denied again?

I work in a bus company and I feel that little by little it is dying and the only way to save it is to automate it and use AI in its systems to greatly reduce costs. I am willing to start a company from scratch and share with those who believe in the project I am trustworthy and honest
